Lessons
Facilities where I teach at Include: Merlot Stables (South Metro), Dayton (private facility) Johnsons Farm (old Piper Farm) (West Metro), Majestic Pines (East Metro), and Otter Creek Farm. I'm willing to travel to other facilities as time allows and carry instructors insurance.
45 Minute Private Dressage Lessons Cost $35
45 Minute Semi Private Dressage Lesson Cost $20 per person
XC 1.5 Hour Group Lessons Cost $35 per person – at facility besides Otter Creek.
Jenny and Moe Schooling through a 4 foot grid.
XC 1.5 Hour Group Lessons Cost $75 per person. Includes facility fee.
Stadium Lessons 1.5 Hour Group Lesson Cost $35 per person.
45 Minute Private Stadium Lesson Cost $35.
Day Rate Clinic $400. Max 10.5 teaching hours per day.
If traveling further than 20 miles for lesson via car Mileage applies: .35 per mile.
Accommodations and any other travel expenses are the responsibility of the organizer.
Training
Exercise Rides- Per ride $35. Willing to travel to horse if needed.
Partial Training (horses under saddle for 3 months or more)
12 rides per month for $300 per month plus board. Horses in Training must be boarded at Otter Creek Farm or Majestic Pines. If I am unable to ride your horse your training bill will be refunded at $25 per ride.
Full Training (horses under saddle for 3 months or more)
20 rides per month for $475 per month plus board. Horses in Training must be boarded at Otter Creek Farm. If I am unable to ride your horse your training bill will be refunded at $23.75 per ride.
Backing or Green Horse Training Rates
Horses that have not been backed or have been backed for less than 3 months will fall under this classification. These sessions will be kept to 30 minutes as a general rule, but occasionally may go longer or shorter if needed by the horse on that particular day. Most young horses do not have the mental capacity for longer work outs and also do not have the physical strength.
Ground work 30 Minutes- $20. Depending on the skill level of the horse this may include tacking up, lounging, ground driving, free jumping, or other in hand work.
Backing a horse 30 Minutes- $50. First 10 times a horse is mounted will be treated as backing a horse. The 30 Minute sessions will consist of lounging or ground driving and mounting. All horses prior to mounting sessions must be trained to both lounge and ground drive.
Training for horses under saddle less than 3 months 30 minute session -$40. In some cases price may be negotiated to normal training rate, but only if the horse has achieved a certain level of acceptance in their work.
